Murfreesboro Site For Frozen Jr.

"Let it Go" and come see Frozen JR. performed by the Center for the Arts at MTSU's Tucker Theater. Center Stage Academy, the youth education program at the Center for the Arts, is excited to perform this modern classic. Daytime performances are available for field trip groups for local public, private and home school classes at 9:30 and 11:30 am on Thursday, December 12. Public performances will be Friday, December 13 at 5:30 and 7:30.

"We are excited to present Frozen JR. to the community," says Executive Director Patience Long. "We have an amazing cast of more than 60 students who all have worked very hard to bring this story to life. This is also our first time to partner with MTSU and present in Tucker Theater to enable a larger audience to enjoy this performance. We cannot wait for everyone to see the magic that director Denise Parton and this cast of students brings to the stage."

Frozen JR. tells the story of sisters Anna and Elsa and the true bond of sisterhood. The musical is based on the groundbreaking movie and adds five new songs that you're sure to go home singing. You won't want to miss the adventures of the sisters of Arendelle as they head into a magical journey that will teach them about self-acceptance and love.

The production by the Center for the Arts is directed by Denise Parton, Director of Education at the Center for the Arts.

Performances will be held at MTSU's Dorethe and Clay Tucker Theatre located on campus at 615 Champion Way, Murfreesboro.
