Joshua Derrick Patrick

Joshua Derrick Patrick, 27, of Dowelltown, TN died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009 at Stones River Hospital.

A native of Cannon County, Mr.Patrick was a licensed practical nurse and a member of the Methodist faith. He was born in Cannon Co. on September 11, 1982 and passed away on October 04, 2009 at the age of 27.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Phil Tollett officiating. Visitation was from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Centerhill Cemetery.

Survivors include a brother, Jason (Amanda) Patrick of Dowelltown; aunts, Thelma Hibdon, Margie Walls and Helen Ferrell, all of Woodbury; nieces and nephews, Alysha, Rachel, Jason and Ethan Patrick, all of Dowelltown; and two step-brothers, Darrell and Jaime Patrick of McMinnville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wanda Davis Patrick and Arzie James Patrick and grandparents William Jessie and Ida Pearl Davis, and Mary Jones.
