Donald James Moore, 61, died Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Southern Hills Hospital following an extended illness.

A resident of Nashville, he was a native of Cuyahoga Co., OH.

His parents were the late Ivan and Mary Savage Moore.

Survivors include two sons, Eric Dossa of Tullahoma and Don (Angela) Moore of Ivy Bluff Comm.; daughter, Mary Ann Moore of Elyria, OH; brothers, Jack Moore, Tom Moore and Michael Moore all of Elyria; two sisters, Kathy McVeighe of North Ridgenolle, OH and Patty Truxall of Elyria; six grandchildren, Erica, Dossa, D.J., Abilgail, Kassandra, Eddie and Derrick Moore; one great grandchild, Edward Dossa.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ronilva Moore.

He was a Christian, worked in a factory as an extruder operator, was in the Army in Vietnam, a member of the VFW-Post 1079 of Ohio and American Legion- Post 12.  A man who truly loved his country and flag.

Graveside service will be held at Ivy Bluff Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. July 10, 2011 with Bro. Danny Freeman and Brother David Dunn officiating. Interment will be in Ivy Bluff  Cemetery

Visitation will be from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Woodbury Funeral Home.
