WBRY is reporting that Cannon County Executive Mike Gannon and County Commission Adam Melton, and Cannon County Government, have been named as defendants in a lawsuit filed by Cannon County resident Jan Powell. Gannon said on Thursday he has not been served with the lawsuit.
