On May 15, West Side School attended the MTSU middle grades math contest. Mrs Gloria Simon took 12 kids; there were 43 schools from middle TN represented at the contest and over 500+ kids in grades 6-8.

6th grade bottom row (l-r): Samantha Weigh,  Colton Richardson, CJ Roberts and Lane Willis.

7th grade:  Michael Bucey,  Justin Hill,  Joram Hardin,  Devin Gilpatrick.

8th grade (top row): Autumn King, Raphael Lopez,  Kyle Margarito, Tristan Choate

While they did not place in the top 20, they felt it was an honor to be chosen to represent WSS.
