PrintVida Logan James, 85, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 201 at Woodbury Nursing Center following an extended illness.
A native of Cannon County, she was a member of the Leoni Church of Christ and was retired from Century Electric and Gould of McMinnville.
Survivors:
Son: Benny (Kathy) James of Lawrenceburg, KY.
2 Grandchildren: Benjamin James & Rebecca James.
Brothers: Clarence Logan, Jr. of Ypsilanti, MI., James and Hubert Logan of Woodbury and Bob Logan of Dickson.
Sister: Mary Roberts of Port Barrington, IL.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Lizzie West Logan and her husband, Ben James, Jr.
Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2011.
Burial will be in Leoni Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until 8 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2011.
