Ruby Nadine Owen Jones

Services for Ruby Nadine Owen Jones, 75, of Murfreesboro, are planned for 1 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2013 at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Al Bugg Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Talbert Cemetery.

Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Woodbury Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jones died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at her home.

Survivors include three children, Angela (William) James of Woodland community, Cliff Bogle Jr. of Murfreesboro and Kathy Landrith of California; two sisters, Lorene Coppinger and Hazel Bain of Warren County, four grandchildren, Jennifer (Samuel) Alford, Caleb Peck, Jacquelyn Corcran and Shane Ferrell; great-grandchildren, Zachary Alford, Olivia, Sarah, Alana and Madelyn Corcran; special caregivers, Dewana Hale, Mildred and Billy Briley, Lucinda Finely; neighbor, Gene Stats and friend, Judy Reed.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, Colonel Owen and Bertha Talbert Owen, her husband, William Jones and her brother, Milburn Owen.

She was a member of the Church of Christ and a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, canning and spending time with her grandchildren, her cats and dogs.
