Jesse B. Arnett

Jesse B. “Brownie” Arnett age 91 of Murfreesboro, TN, died Wednesday November 9, 2011. A native of Cannon County, he was the son of the late Richard F. and Etta Mae Enos Arnett. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Edna Vedora Hinson Arnett who died in 1984 and by his brothers Joe and Hoyte Arnett.

Mr. Arnett is survived by his wife, Bonnie Clark Hinson Arnett; daughters, Barbara Potter of McMinnville, TN, Gloria Edwards of Clarksville, TN; brother Ed Arnett; sisters, Shirley Putnam and Dot Matthews all of Murfreesboro, TN; step-daughters, Julie Letzler and Glenda Windrow both of Murfreesboro, TN; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Bro. Mike Steakley officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with Jeff and Chaz Windrow, Barry Arnett, Jon Letzler, Ken Maxwell and Ben Herron serving as pallbearers.

Mr. Arnett was a member of Bellwood Church of Christ, a WW II US Army veteran,  and a retired truck driver with TCT. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at WOODFIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL. 893-5151. Online condolences may be sent to www.woodfinchapel.com.
