Ethel Lee Crook

Ethel Lee Crook, 91, of Lebanon, died Friday, Dec. 2, at The Pavilion in Lebanon.

A DeKalb County native and resident of Lebanon, she attended Liberty High School, was a member of Prosperity Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Survivors include a daughter, Paulette (James M.) Gilley of Lebanon; grandchildren, Terry (Valorie) Gilley of Lebanon, Diane (Lee) Hudson of Lebanon, Randy (Adrienne) Gilley of Lebanon, Darrell (Dani) Gilley of Lebanon; great grandchildren, Tyler and Brittany Gilley, Alex Gilley, Chase and Health Gilley, Emily Hudson; sisters, Estelle Hicks of Michigan, Alene Harvey of Alexandria and Betty Bryan of Murfreesboro; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Crook; parents, Ace and Frances Adamson; two brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, at Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown with Rev. Donald Owens officiating. Burial will be in Prosperity Cemetery.

Visitation was from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday.

Grandsons and great grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
