I just now saw where Charles had died. I am so sorry to hear that, He and I have had a good relationship since I came to Cannon County in 1982. Everytime I saw him somewhere he made me feel like somebody special. I did not realize that Gail and Cindy were his daughters, but I knew his sons. Mrs. Smith I am praying for you and your family, he was a good man.
