WPD Charges Two With Burglary, Evading Arrest

Following are the latest incident reports as recorded by officers of the Woodbury Police Department.

Joseph "Tyler" Green and Francisco "Frankie" Bustamante were charged with burglary and evading arrest on July 16 by Patrolman John Fesmire. Bustamante allegedly served as a lookout while Green was allegedly breaking into a car.

Ian Simpson was charged with driving on a suspended license on July 17 by Patrolman Chris Brown.

Larry N. Hollis was charged with DUI (5th offense) and violation of the implied consent law by Sgt. Kevin Mooneyham on July 13.

Britteny Faye Tenpenny was charged on July 15 with driving on a suspended license by Sgt. John House.

Barry Bynum was charged by Patrolman Chris Brown in July 14 with being in possession of Schedule III drugs, which he allegedly stole from his mother.

Barbara Denise Heath ws charged with driving on a suspended license, improper display of a license plate and failure to show proof of insurance on July 14 by Patrolman Chris Brown.

Magnolia Chivon Stephens was charged with driving on a suspended license (3rd offense), no proof of insurance and making an improper turn on Jully 14 by Patrolman Chris Brown.

Don Allen Stephens II was charged by Patrolman Chris Brown with possession of drug paraphernalia on July 14 after a meth pipe was discovered in his pocket.
