Public Hearing on proposed Ordinance No. 498, an ordinance to amend the zoning map of the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee to rezone a parcel at 213 E Main Street from the R-2 (High Residential) zoning district to the C-2 (Central Commercial) zoning district. (Property owned by Wallace King)

Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 498 on second and final reading

Public Hearing on proposed Ordinance No. 499, an ordinance to amend the zoning map of the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee to zone three parcels located off of Tanglewood Drive to the R-1 (low Density Residential) zoning district. (property recently annexed and owned by Jimmy Lester). Identified on the Cannon County Tax Map 046F, Group A, Parcels 028.00, 029.00, and 030.00

Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 499 on second and final reading
