Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Criminal Court on Tuesday, Jan. 10.
The results of some of the cases on the docket are as follows:
• Amanda Kay Wilson pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Drug. She received a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days, equal time on probation, a $750 fine and was assessed court costs. A charge of Public Intoxication was dismissed.
• Donna P. Armstrong pled guilty to Leaving the Scene of an Accident. She was sentenced to 8 months, 29 days in jail and was ordered to serve her entire sentence, and it will run concurrent with a sentence she is currently serving in Rutherford County for Violation of Probation. A charge of Failure to Give Notice of an Accident was dismissed.
• Bobby J. Cobb pled guilty to a Worthless Check charge. He was given a sentence of 11 months, 29 days in the Cannon County Jail and was ordered to serve the entire sentence. He must also pay court costs and restitution. Cobb also agreed to revocation on a charge of Violation of Probation. He was ordered to serve his entire sentence of 23 months, 28 days and was given credit for time served.
• William Elton Eisenmann had bound over to the January 20 Term of the Cannon County Grand Jury charges of Aggravated Burglary, Theft over $1,000, Simple Possession of a Schedule II Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Forgery (three counts) and Illegal Possession or Fraudulent Use of a Credit or Debit Card. Charges of Violation of Probation, one count 2nd Offense and one count 4th Offense were reset for Feb. 14.
• Nina S. Faries pled guilty to a Worthless Check charge. She was given a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and equal time on probation. She was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,500 and court costs.
• Darren L. Green pled guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days, placed on probation for 10 months, 19 days, fined $150 and assessed court costs. His sentence will run concurrent with one he is serving in Warren County.
• Nathan Carl Hale, DUI 2nd Offense (sentencing) was reset for April 17.
• Brandon Lee Hancock pled guilty to No Insurance. He was fined $2 and assessed court costs. A charge of Leaving the Scene of an Accident was reset for Jan. 17.
• Amanda Rhea Hollis had a charge of Failure to Appear set for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 31.
• Stephen Christopher Killion had charges of DUI and Violation of the Implied Consent Law reset for Feb. 14.
• Christopher Paul Lafever pled guilty to Public Intoxication. He given a 30 day sentence in the Cannon County Jail and was ordered to serve the entire sentence.
• Clifton Wayne Mankin, Jr. admitted to guilt and entered into an agreed order of retirement for 11 months, 29 days on a charge of Violation of Order of Protection, subject to good and lawful conduct. He was also ordered to pay court costs and to have no contact with the victims.
• Roger Lyn Martin had a charge of Violation of Order of Protection continued for 6 months subject to good and lawful conduct. He must also pay the Litigation Tax and was ordered to have no contact with the victim or the victim’s family.
• Jerry Wayne McCoy pled guilty to a charge of Reckless Endangerment. He was given a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and was placed on probation for an equal amount of time. He was also fined $525 and assessed court costs.
• Gary Duane Riddle pled guilty to DUI 1st Offense. He was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and was placed on probation for 11 months, 27 days. He received a $350 fine, was assessed court costs, must perform 24 hours community service and will lose his driving privileges for 1 year.
• Kelly Brooke Rollins entered into an agreed order of retirement for 6 months on a charge of Domestic Assault, subject to good and lawful conduct. She was ordered to pay the Litigation Tax and to have no contact with the victim.
• Nicholas St. Cyr agreed to revocation on a charge of Violation of Probation. He was ordered to serve 11 days in the Cannon County Jail, given credit for time served, and placed back on probation for 11 months, 18 days. He must also received an alcohol and drug assessment.
• Jonathan Rich Walls pled guilty to Reckless Driving. He received a 6 month suspended sentence, equal time on probation, a $50 fine and was assessed court costs. Walls also pled guilty to Speeding (97/65) and received a $25 fine and was assessed court costs.
• Gretchen Leigh Hall was given 6 months to pay her court costs, at a rate of $10 per week,
• Randy Wade Holden, charged with DUI 2nd Offense, had sentencing reset for March 13.
