Woman faces multiple drug charges

Drug Arrest

Mandy Darlene Jernigan was arrested June 16 on multiple drug-related charges by Chief Deputy Anthony Young.

Young was assisting the Tennessee Department of Children's Services and the state Bureau of Parole and Probation with a home check on Ivy Bluff Road.

"The DCS worker stated that there was another individual living at this residence by the name of Mandy Darlene Jernigan. The officers from BOPP stated that Ms. Jernigan had active warrants for violation of parole out of Rutherford County," Young reported.

Jernigan was initially placed under custody on the active warrants. After getting permission from the homeowner, officers searched her belongings.

Hypodermic needles, rolling papers, hemostat scissors were discovered along with a burnt spoon containing a residue that Jernigan identified as morphine.

Jernigan was charged with probation violations, possession of a Schedule II narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was then placed on hold for Rutherford County.

Trailer Stolen

Deputy Kevin Wix investigated the theft of a trailer from a home on Center Hill Road. The missing trailer was valued at $1,300.

Domestic Violence

Jason Lee Hodge was charged with domestic assault following an incident on June 16. He was also served with a violation of probation warrant.

Warrants Served

Lionel Butler, violation of probation.

Thomas Clayton Coleman, theft over $500.

Stephen Killion, violation of probation.

Jerry Smith, violation of probation.

Woodbury Police

Drug Offense, Burglary

Dalton Lee Porter was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, burglary and theft of items under $500 by Chief Lowell Womack. Porter was accused of taking a cordless drill and other tools from a home on South McCrary Street. A hearing is set for July 12 in General Sessions Court.

Gregory Austin Smith was charged with theft under $500, burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia by Chief Lowell Womack. A hearing is set for July 12 in General Sessions Court.

DUI, Driving on a Revoked

Ira Dean Hanes was charged with driving on a revoked license and DUI, fourth offense, by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for September 13 in General Sessions Court.

DUI

Rita Lynn White was charged with DUI by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for July 12 in General Sessions Court.

Shane Tyler Mathis was charged with DUI by Patrolman T. Miller. A hearing is set for August 9 in General Sessions Court.

No Drivers License

Juan Guardado Rodriguez was charged with driving without a license by Patrolman Jimmy Hayes. A hearing is set for July 26 in General Sessions Court.

Driving on a Revoked

Anthony Quinn Epperson Jr. was charged with driving on a revoked license and violation of financial responsibility by Chief Lowell Womack. A hearing is set for July 16 in General Sessions Court.
