Wilsons Face Contributing Charges

Two persons where charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor on June 25 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Mike “Doc” Smith.

Taken into custody at 268 Hoover Mill Road were Timmy H. Wilson and Stephanie L. Wilson, both of 117-A McBroom St., Woodbury. Both face charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and Stephanie Wilson is also charged with public intoxication.

Deputy Smith was called to the Hoover Mill Rd. location following a report of a fight in progress. Two underage males at the scene were also allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

The Wilsons allegedly provided and encouraged the children to consume the alcohol.

Bond for Stephanie Wilson was set at $3,500. Timmy Wilson’s bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is July 12.
