Tuesday's General Sessions Court Results

Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Barbara Allmon was appointed an attorney. She is charged with driving under the influence 3rd offense.

Russell Walls was appointed an attorney. He is charged with failure to appear and cruelty to animals.

The remaining cases on the docket were civil and traffic matters. In the traffic cases, Judge Melton either assessed a fine and court costs or allowed the defendants to attend driver safety school. Judge Melton also held hearings in the civil cases.
