Christmas is just around the corner! As it is fast approaching and we are rushing to get all of our shopping done in time, there are many who are struggling to provide their family with basic needs.

Realizing this fact, a local church decided to help provide those families with gifts for their children. Toys for Christ began last year as a free toy store in which parents could come and shop for up to four children. Pleasant View Baptist Church will be back again with more toys to help parents give their children a very Merry Christmas! Along with the toys, they are sending out a message about the greatest gift ever given-Jesus Christ.

Toys for Christ will be December 8, 2012 from 9-11 AM & 12-2 PM or while supplies last at the Woodbury Community Center. Parents/Legal Guardians will be allowed to shop in the free toy store following a brief gospel presentation. This year a copy of each child's birth certificate will be required and each registered child can only be shopped for once. If you have any questions call Petrina Hill 615-427-3562 or Pastor Jeff Crips at 615-556-8220.
