Three Woodbury People Charged With Aggravated Burglary

On Friday, July 9, 2010, Woodbury Police Chief Tony Burnett was dispatched to 915B S. McCrary St. for an Aggravated Burglary report.

Someone had broken into the home by breaking down the side door under the car port. Items totaling over $1000.00 had been taken.

Later that evening Marcus Tenpenny of Woodbury, Robyn Wilmoth of Woodbury, and Joshua Crook also of Woodbury were arrested and booked on charges of Aggravated Burglary and Theft over $1000.00. Their bond was set at $10,000.00.

They will appear before Judge Susan Melton on Tuesday July 20, 2010.

Some items were retrieved and some are still missing. Another arrest is expected to be made soon in this case.

Also assisting were Officer Chris Brown and Officer John Fessmire.
