Judge Susan Melton presided over General Session Court on Tuesday. Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:

• Joe Daniel Reed, Sr. pled guilty to DUI. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 7 days in jail, equal time on probation, 24 hours of litter removal, paying a $350.00 fine and the costs.

• Justin Blake Marshall pled guilty to DUI. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 48 hours, equal time on probation, 24 hours of litter removal, paying a $350.00 fine and the costs.

• Brents L. Molloy pled guilty to DUI 2nd. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 60 days in jail, equal time on probation, losing his license for 2 years, paying a $600.00 fine and the costs.

• Brandon Ross Bogle pled guilty to public intoxication. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $25.00 fine and the costs.

• David Jason Bynum pled guilty to assault. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying restitution, and paying the costs.

• Erica Danielle Cunningham pled guilty to driving without a license. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.

• Angelo Daconto pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $250.00 fine and the costs.

• Andrew Forrest Graves pled guilty to public intoxication. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $25.00 fine and the costs.

• George Michael Holder agreed to the revocation of probation. He was ordered to serve 7 days in jail and his probation was extended 11 months 22 days. In another case Holder pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs. In another case Holder pled guilty to simple possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $250.00 fine and the costs.

• Bridgette Shyanne Johnson agreed to the revocation of probation. She was ordered to serve 60 days and her probation was extended 9 months. In another case Johnson pled guilty to criminal trespass. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail. In another case Johnson pled guilty to public intoxication. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

• Freddie L. Manus pled guilty to reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 7 days in jail, equal time on probation, paying a $525.00 fine and the costs. In another case Manus pled guilty to simple possession. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation paying a $250.00 fine and the costs.

• Carlton Dwayne Martin's charges of driving on a suspended license, vandalism, aggravated burglary, and domestic assault were bound over to the September term of the Grand Jury.

• Cory Scott McNeese agreed to the revocation of probation. His probation was extended 6 months.

• Jimmy Dale Murphy pled guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a fine and the costs. In another case Murphy pled guilty to criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation. In another case Murphy pled guilty to theft over $500.00. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.

• Tiffany Dawn Scott pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. She was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs.

• Justin D. Stone pled guilty to domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.

• Jason William Thomason agreed to the revocation of probation. He was ordered to 6 months in jail.

• Paul A. Wilson pled guilty to simple possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $250.00 fine and the costs.

• William Alan Rosenbaum pled guilty to driving without a license. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
