The light of a spotlight was being directed from the driver’s side of the vehicle in an apparent attempt to locate deer at a time promulgated as a closed season.

Further attempts to locate deer using the spotlight were observed by Officer Vance when the light from the spotlight was directed from the passenger side of the vehicle.

The three men are all from McMinnville.
