Truck theft
Sgt. Tommy Miller investigated the theft of a 1991 Chevy pickup from a home on Hurricane Creek Road. The 4x4 pickup was blue and white in color with a Creek Crawlers Farm license plate on the front and had an aluminum tool box in the bed.
Motorcycle theft
Deputy Mike Hainey investigated the theft of a motorcycle from a home on K Parker Road. Also stolen were two helmets, one red and one gray. A BOLO was issued by the Cannon County 911 Center and the motorcycle was entered into NCIC.
Warrants served
Mary Ellen Carmack was issued a capias on passing worthless check charges.
Richard Russell Brandt was issued a violation of probation warrant and a warrant for theft of services.
Cynthia Hix was served a violation of probation warrant.
Woodbury Police
Brandy Oldaker was charged with driving on a suspended license, a violation of the implied consent law, DUI and simple possession of a controlled substance (Klonopin and Xanax) by Patrolman Sebastian Krauss. A hearing is set for May 13 in General Sessions Court.
Veronica Valazquez was charged with driving on a suspended license by Patrolman Sebastian Krauss. A hearing is set for June 10.
James Logan Taylor was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of three teenagers under the age of 18 by Patrolman John House. Taylor was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and with simple possession of marijuana. A hearing is set for May 13 in General Sessions Court.
