The Cannon County Lions High School Baseball lost two games over the Easter weekend in the MidSouth Classic presented by Cody Bailey of State Farm Insurance. Saturday the Lions lost 8-1 to the Blackford Bruins out of Hartford City Indiana.
Today the Lions jump back into District 9-AA as they play a double header in Woodbury against Grundy County Yellowjackets. First pitch slated for 5:00.

The Moore County Middle Raiders beat the Cannon Middle Lions Saturday 13-9 in a five inning non conference game.

The tennis courts at Brown Spurlock Park will be busy this afternoon as the Cannon County High School tennis teams will meet White County at 3:30.
