Seven Warrants Served

Seven persons were served warrants recently by the Cannon County Sheriff’s Dept.

Tony McPeak was served an arrest warrant for failure to register as a sex offender on March 30.

James E. Rollins was served a warrant for violation of probation on March 30.

Marcus Tenpenny was served warrants for aggravated assault and evading arrest on March 30.

Courtne Elrod was served an arrest warrant for violation of probation on March 25.

Martin Prater was served an arrest warrant for violation of probation on March 22.

Jonathan Kestner was served an arrest warrant for violation of probation on March 25.

Donald Smith was served an arrest warrant for violation of probation on March 27.
