Sebastian Daniel Mayo, 18, of Bradyville passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 at his home .
He is survived by his mother Frances Mayo of Nashville, grandmother; Betty Allen of Bradyville, brother Tyreke Bell of McMinnville.
He was preceded in death by his father Paul Martin, grandfather John Allen.
Sebastian was very kind and loving. He enjoyed playing with his toys and going to school.
Memorial services will be at a later date.
