Season Finale Tonight For Middle Grade Football

With sports in Cannon County wrapping up their fall schedules over the next couple of weeks, the Cannon County Middle Grades Football team will be looking to grab 6 wins on the season as they end their year at Fred Schwartz Field in Woodbury tonight hosting the Watertown Middle Purple Tigers. The Lions have lost two consecutive in a row but have gone through some key injuries after being healthy most of the season.
Tonight, the Lions expect to welcome back players who have missed the past couple of games and have a strong showing for the final game.
Kickoff for tonight's game vs Watertown is slated for 6:30p. For those who can't make it in person to support the Lions can check out the audio only Facebook Live Broadcast on the Cannon Courier News and Events Facebook page. Audio stream will be up and running around 6:20p.
