Robert Lee Womack

Robert Lee "Bobby" Womack, 71, of Woodbury passed away Monday, April 29, 2019 at Horizon Health and Rehab in Manchester. He was a native of Cannon Co. He was the son of the Aubrey Lee Womack and Mahalia Alexander Womack.

He is survived by his sons, Robert T. Womack and Benjamin D. Womack both of Murfreesboro; his sister, Charolene W. Burton (Isiah) of Bowling Green, KY.; his nephews, Richard C. Cunningham, Christopher (Missy) Cunningham and Charles C. (Denise) Cunningham; his nieces, Jessica and Halie Cunningham, Lauren T. (Joseph) Gomez, and Alex K. Broce.

A member of the Woodbury Church of Christ, Bobby was a retired Tool and Dye maker at Chromalox. He loved to water ski, play golf, and softball. He was on the Mel Adams softball team that won the world championship in Atlanta.

Funeral Services will be 4 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2019 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Herb Alsup officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside Gardens Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2019 and 2 p.m. until time of service Thursday May 2, 2019.
