Upon arrival at the residence it was found to be the incorrect address and deputies were forwarded to 234 Orville Duke Road. Once there they spoke with Cobb, who stated everything was OK and that the report of him being suicidal was an unfounded statement made by his wife.

Cobb was found to be unarmed and unharmed.

However, Cannon County Dispatched informed responding officers that Cobb had active warrants for Violation of Probation and Worthless Checks. He was placed into custody and transported to the Cannon County Jail. His bond was set at $21,394.
