REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL
CANNON COUNTY, TENNESSEE
CANNON COUNTY COURTHOUSE INTERIOR CEILING / WALL REPAIRS

Cannon County requests bids capable of providing interior repairs to the Cannon County Courthouse. This is primarily on the second-floor, ceiling and wall repairs. The construction will commence in January of 2020 with completion of the entire project by April 2020.
There are specific services to be performed. Preparation of bid plans, specifications and scope of work will be provided and clarified after an onsite review of all proposed repairs. It is imperative that a walk-through of the site occur prior to the submission of a bid.
This is an office environment with normal business hours. All work will be scheduled around these normal business hours. Accommodations must be made not to prohibit any functions of government during the repair process.

Please submit two copies of your bid by 3 p.m. on November 15, 2019 to the County Executive office. All bids will be submitted to the County Commission and a contract will then be submitted to the Commission concerning the overall cost of the project.

REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Cannon County Board of Education is taking bids for a paved walking track at Cannon County High School. This work is to be done after the bid process is complete and completed before May 15, 2020.
• Grade and compact stone for base (1050 square yards)
• Install 2" of asphalt compacted
• Total yards of compacted asphalt 950 square yards
Bids must be received at the Central Office of the Cannon County Board of Education in a sealed envelope marked "CCHS Walking Track Bid" no later than 10:00 AM on October 23, 2019. Bids will be opened on October 23, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Bidders may be present for the bid opening.
The Cannon County Board of Education will consider the bids at their meeting on November 7, 2019 at 6:30 PM in the Woodbury Grammar School Cafeteria. The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of October, 2019, letters of testamentary or letters of administration with respect to the estate of Jimmy Gayle Nichols, deceased were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-residents, having claims, matured and unmatured against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the Chancery Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:
