Said deed of trust above is recorded in Record  Book 133, page 94, Register's Office, Cannon County, Tennessee, to which reference is made for full particulars; and
WHEREAS, Elizabeth H. Bowling has been appointed Substitute Trustee, according to the provisions of this trust deed, by an Appointment of Substitute Trustee, recorded  in Record Book 136, page 387, Register's Office, Cannon County, Tennessee, and
WHEREAS, Shelley Craig, defaulted in payment of the indebtedness under the terms and provisions of said deed of trust and under the note secured thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the power and authority vested in me, I, ELIZABETH H. BOWLING, as Substitute Trustee, will sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the above described real estate with all improvements thereon, on March 22, 2012, at 10:30 a.m., at the south door of the Courthouse in Woodbury, Cannon County, Tennessee.  Said property will be sold free from and in bar of the rights and equity of redemption, statutory rights of redemption, homestead, dower and all other rights or exemptions of every kind, such being expressly waived in said deed of trust.  A Successor Trustee's Deed conveying said property without any covenant or warranty expressed or implied, but subject to all unpaid taxes and any liens which take priority as a matter of law, will be made and delivered to the purchaser of said real estate.

This property includes a Clayton  manufactured home, Manufacturer’s Serial No. NO2012524TNAB which was purchased under an installment contract-security agreement which evidences the deed of trust and which will stay with the land.  The sale of this property is pursuant to Section 9-604 of the Uniform Commercial Code and Tennessee Annotated 47-9-604.
The sale of the above-described property shall be subject to all matters shown on any recorded plan; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements or set-back lines that may be applicable; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose.  Said sale will be in bar of the right and equity of redemption, homestead and dower, but subject to all tax and prior liens of record in the Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee, which are applicable to this property and unpaid real estate taxes, if any.

10. Hear a report from the Law Enforcement Committee on the proposed use of the old Courier building to be used as a courthouse annex for Register if Deeds, Tax Assessor, Trustee's office and perhaps the County Court Clerk's office.

11. Vote on taking action if Commission agrees with the Law Enforcement Committee's recommendation to create a Courthouse Annex of the present Courier location. Negotiations will be made with the Management Company for Regions Bank.

12. A Resolution to form a committee to draft a Private Act to centralize Financial Management in Cannon County, Tennessee.

13. Take appropriate steps on naming a new County Medical Examiner due to the resignation of Dr. Leon Reuhland.
