WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated December 29, 2003, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded January 2, 2004, in Book No. 53, at Page 251, and modified on May 22, 2015, In Book No. 159, At Page 952 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Russell E Halliburton and Beverly J Halliburton, conveying certain property therein described to R. Dale Floyd as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Cavalry Banking, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Wells Fargo Bank, NA, will, on May 18, 2017 on or about 1:00 PM, at the Cannon County Courthouse, Woodbury, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. WHEREAS, SHELBY DEAN SCHULER, DECEASED, by Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust") dated March 15, 2010, of record in Record Book 125, Page 136, Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee, conveyed to SAM SAWYER, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note (the "Note") described in the Deed of Trust, which Note was payable to HOMELAND COMMUNITY BANK;

Cannon County, Tennessee is now accepting bids for the demolition of existing home and reconstruction of one three bedroom home through its THDA HOME Program rehabilitation grant project.

All construction plans, written specifications and bid forms will be available at the Cannon County Executive's Office located in the Cannon County Courthouse, 200 W. Main St., Woodbury, TN 37190 beginning April 6, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. You may also obtain bid documents by contacting Project Administrator Amanda Mainord at 931-267-7048 or

Bids will be opened at the Cannon County Executive's Office on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m..

A copy of Contractor's State license must be submitted with bid. Certificate of Builder's Risk,
Workman's Compensation and Comprehensive Liability Insurance is required before construction can begin. Minority and female contractors are encouraged to apply.

This project is funded under an agreement with Tennessee Housing Development Agency through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
