A number of public hearings top the agenda for Tuesday night's meeting of the Town of Woodbury Board of Mayor and Alderman Regular Meeting.

Highlights of the agenda for the 7 p.m. meeting at city hall follow:

• Public Hearing concerning Ordinance No. 425, an ordinance to annex approximately .53 acres +/- of property located on Tanglewood Drive (property of Jimmy and Toni Lester), into the Woodbury corporate limits, as recommended by the Woodbury Planning Commission on June 16, 2009.

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 425 on second and final reading.

• Public hearing concerning Ordinance No. 426, an ordinance to zone annexed property of approximately .53 acres +/- located on Tanglewood Drive, Forrest Park Subdivision, Section 8, to R-1 (Low-Density Residential) zoning classification, as recommended by the Woodbury Planning Commission on June 16, 2009.

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 426 on second and final reading.

• Public Hearing concerning Resolution 5-09, a resolution adopting a Plan of Services for the annexation of approximately .53 acres +/- on Tanglewood Drive into the Woodbury corporate limits, as recommended by the Woodbury Planning Commission on June 16, 2009.

• Consider adoption of Resolution 5-09 on final reading.

• Public Hearing concerning Ordinance No. 427, an ordinance amending the Woodbury Beer Ordinance, so that the distance from beer establishments to places of public gatherings that do not have buildings may also be considered.

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 427 on second and final reading.

• Consider adoption of Resolution 6-09, a resolution adopting Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) HOME Program Policies and Procedures.

• Daisy Gannon would like to address the board for approval of the annual Cannon County Youth Dream 5K Run.

• Alderman Clayton Cason would like to discuss connection fees for water services.
