Bill Parsley, III, has been elected to serve as the 2012 President-Elect for the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS®.  In this position, Parsley will assume the leadership of the eight-county membership group as President in 2013.  

As President-Elect, he will coordinate and assist the current President in the strategic planning and focus of membership services for the 1250+ REALTOR® professionals in the membership.  He will serve as a voting Director of the Tennessee Association of REALTORS® and participate in the local, state and national programs that promote private property rights, fair housing and strong home ownership opportunities.

In preparation for his presidency in 2013, Parsley will select volunteers to lead the committee structure of the association for the coming year, participate and represent this market area in national meetings with the Tennessee Congressional delegation, and speak on behalf of local legislative issues that impact home ownership and private property rights.
 
The Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS® is celebrating its 51st anniversary of serving real estate professionals and related business partners in Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Marion, Moore, and Rutherford Counties.  

The mission of MTAR is to promote private property rights for all individuals, equal and fair housing opportunities, and aid the real estate professionals to be the best trained and most ethical professionals to serve the growing mid-state area.
