OBITUARY: Garnett Merriman Campbell

Garnett Merriman Campbell, 75, died Saturday, Jan 27, 2018 at Woodbury Health Care Center.

A native of Cannon County, she was the daughter of the late William "Dick" and Willie Matt Mooneyham Merriman.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charlie W. Campbell and her brother, Lonnie Ray Merriman.

Survivors include her children, Clay Campbell of Morrison, Hugh (Stephanie) Campbell of Murfreesboro and Priscilla Campbell of Woodbury.

Also surviving are grandchildren, Payton Campbell, Erika Taylor, Lela Taylor, Emily (Chad) Robinette, Caleb Jones and a great-grandchild, Presley Robinette; siblings, Betty (Jerry) Reed of Woodbury, Dale (Brenda) Merriman of Yukon, OK; sister and brother-in-law, Linda LeFevers and Dorothy and Jimmy Reed.

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was a member of Woodbury Church of Christ and was a child care giver and homemaker.

She loved to read, sewing and cross stich.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30 with Bro. Justin Reed officiating. Interment will be in Prater Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29 and 10 a.m. Tuesday until time of service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Woodbury Day School.
