A vehicle driven by Margie Walls was stopped in reference to a report of allegedly neglected horses at her residence.

During the traffic stop, Russell Walls was riding as the passenger in the front seat. As deputies spoke with Russell Walls about the horses, they could observe movement in the back of the vehicle.

At that time they observed Shannon Campbell, Russell’s girlfriend, in the back seat along with their child.

Russell Walls was asked to exit the vehicle. He was placed under arrest for Violation of Bond Condition. The bond condition was put in place after he was arrested on June 17 for Domestic Assault. He had allegedly struck Campbell in the face with his fist.

Bond was set at $7,500. Initial court date is Aug. 7.
