A local mother and daughter released from jail on bond on one set of charges found themselves back behind bars less than an hour later recently.
Kimberly Anne Besner and daughter Kayla Renee Besner, both of 5357 Murfreesboro Rd., Bradyville, were each served with an arrest warrant charging them with Domestic Violence on Jan. 3.
According to the arrest warrants obtained by the purported victim, Kimberly Besner allegedly struck him in the face several times after he asked her to vacate the residence because she was intoxicated.
Kayla Besner allegedly grabbed and pulled the petitioner out of a car and was causing a disturbance at the residence due to alleged intoxication.
Bond for both Besners was set at $2,500 apiece on the Domestic Violence charges.
Following their release, the Besners allegedly returned to the residence of 5357 Murfreesboro Road, in violation of their bond conditions. Each was charged with Contempt of Court.
They were again released on bond, this time in the amount of $7,500, and both are scheduled to appear in Cannon County General Sessions Court on Jan. 31.
