Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesda, July 23.. Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:

Laura Hedgepath agreed to the violation of her probation. She was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and her probation was extended 7 months 11 days.

Lisa Hickman pled guilty to failure to appear she was ordered to serve 6 months in jail.

Mandy Jo Mathews agreed to the violation of her probation. She was ordered to serve 60 days and her probation was extended 33 months 10 days. In another case Mathews pled guilty to vandalism. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 60 days in jail, 9 months 29 days on probation and paying the costs. In another case Mathews pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. She was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 60 days in jail, 4 months on probation and paying the costs.


Ashley Nicole Henderson pled guilty to driving without a license. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.

Cody Allen Lex Kendall pled guilty to driving without a license. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
Josue Mata pled guilty to driving without a license. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.

Kasey Melton pled guilty to driving without a license. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.

Trisha D. Newman pled guilty to driving without a license. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.

Marcus Edward Tenpenny's charges of burglary, evading arrest and vandalism were bound over to the September term of the Grand Jury.
