Sending three e-mails resulted in a man being arrested again recently.

Timothy Dean Clark, 287 Country Lane, Readyville, was charged with contempt of court on June 26 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Gullett.

Clark was arrested on June 13 for domestic assault. He was released on bond from the Cannon County Jail on June 16. As part of the conditions for bond, Clark was to have no contact with the purported victim of the assault.

On June 16, Clark allegedly sent three e-mails to the victim, at 12:02 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 5:54 p.m.

Clark’s bond on the contempt of court charge was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in court July 12 on all charges.
