In the first inning Cannon County had some strong defense, they got in the field and got 3 up and 3 down. Lionettes got up to bat and Macy Williams had a hit to shortstop and got on base.

Molly Williams got up to bat later and had a nice hit to the shortstop and right field hole and gets sister Macy across home plate.

Second inning starts and it’s a 3 up and 3 down strike out situation with some nice Cannon County pitching. 

McKala Rollins comes up and pulls in a run this inning as well as a home run hit by Tessa Resko.

Third and fourth innings were no better for the Monterey team with Williams, Rollins, Kristen Hale, and Sarah Hunt bringing in runs for the Lionettes.

Fifth inning was the strongest inning the Monterey team had with them getting 3 runs in for a final score of 7-3, Cannon County winning.

LIONETTES 5, JACKSON CO. 4

March 19: First half of the game started off rough for Cannon County as Jackson County pulled in 3 runs during the 1st inning and the Lionettes had their first run during the 3rd inning as Tessa Resko crossed the plate.
 
Fifth inning started the Lionettes off with Taylor Nelms getting walked onto 1st base and Kristen Hale and Brianna Nichols both getting hits and coming home. Jackson County comes in with one more run as does Cannon County's Sarah Hunt bringing the score to 5-4 with the Lionettes pulling the win in.
 
LIONETTES 5, CENTRAL 3
 
March 20: The first and second innings of the game held some strong defense for both teams with  no runs coming in for the Lionettes or Central. Starting off the 3rd inning Central pulls one across home plate with their 1st batter and thats all they get for the inning.
 
Cannon County gets up to bat with Macy Williams, Brianna Nichols and Molly Williams all  scoring runs, 3-1 Lionettes up. Fourth, fifth, and six innings neither team scores.
 
7th inning Central gets up to bat and pulls 2 runs in to tie up the game and holds Cannon County to  force an extra inning. Central gets back up to bat with Cannon County having some strong defense and Lionettes not allowing Central any runs in.
 
Cannon County's Kristen Hale gets up and makes a nice hit to short stop and gets on base with Central walking Maddy Simons right behind her. Freshman Cheyenne Fann gets up to bat hitting a double and knocking both Hale and Simons across home plate making the final score 5-3 with Cannon County on top.
