Following are the latest arrest and incident reports as filed by the Cannon County Sheriff Department and the Woodbury Police Department.

Cannon County Sheriff's Department

10/08/2009 -- Burglary/Breaking and entering at Hargreaves residence on 820 Northcutt Rd. Items stolen include an HP desktop computer, an airless paint sprayer, a lockbox of valuable papers, jewelry, and a box of assorted ammunition. The burglary occurred while the victim was out of town.

10/09/2009 -- Destruction/Damage/Vandalism of Property at 2039 Short Mountain Rd. Mr. Mcdonnell's third mailbox in three years was destroyed by an automobile, possibly an "overloaded white dumptruck" that was spotted passing by around the time if the incident.

10/09/2009 -- A Sealed Indictment for Aggrivated Perjury was served upon Mr. Rex Alan Melton.

10/09/2009 -- A burglary occurred at 1695 Iconium Rd. Items stolen include a red tool box with "Lunati" sticker, set or gear wrench ratchet wrenches, and a 300 piece set of box end wrenches and socket set.

10/10/2009 -- Destruction/Damage/Vandalism of Property at 519 H Parker Rd. Mrs. Kimberly J. Kilpatrick reported her mailbox vandalized, possibly with an ear of corn held outside a speeding car.

10/11/2009 -- An attempted suicide occurred. Names withheld.

Woodbury Police Department

10/08/09 -- Wendy Marie Thomas was charged with Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture and Initiation of Methamphetamine Manufacture Process. Her and Allison Danielle Church possessed over 9 grams of precursor chemicals. Ms. Church was charged with Promotion of Methamphetamine manufacture. Anthony Darrell Lefeuers was also cited in the incident for violation of litter law (throwing empty sudafed blister packs form a car), possession of drug paraphernalia (syringes for methamphetamine), and initiation of the methamphetamine manufacture process.

10/09/2009 -- Peggy Jo Markum's cell phone was stolen and destroyed.

10/09/2009 -- Mr. Jack Waldon Hollandsworth reported stolen property from his home at 522 McFerrin St. Items stolen include a weed eater and two leaf blowers, all Craftsman brand.

10/09/2009 -- Chad William Jones reported being assaulted and had $100 stolen from him. The investigation is ongoing.

10/10/2009 -- Jerry Franklin Stacks was charged with Simple Possession of Marijuana and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.
