Governor Extends Lifeline To Family Support Program

On behalf of the Family Support Program, it is a GREAT pleasure to share the news that the Governor has proposed restoring funding to the Family Support Program for two more years.

Whether you attended a Town Hall meeting, made a phone call, wrote a letter or talked to your local legislator in person, YOU let your voice be heard and YOU made a difference and can continue to do so. We have come a long way but the budget must still receive final approval by the Legislature.

A big thank you goes out to everyone that has already contacted your local representatives and senators on behalf of the Family Support Program. It is important to keep your name, your face, and your needs before your local representatives and senators. Let them get to know what is important to YOU. If we all work together, we can continue to make a difference!
