Four Charged With Driving Offenses

Four persons were charged recently with motor vehicle violations by officers of the Woodbury Police Department.

William K. Spradley, 787 Finnie Simmons Rd., Woodbury, was charged with driving on a suspended license (first offense), violation of the registration law and violation of the financial responsibility law by WPD Sgt. Kevin Mooneyham on Nov. 22. Initial court date is Dec. 14.

Michael Ryan Sullivan, 1294 Midway Rd., Smithville, was charged with driving on a suspended license (first offense) by Sgt. Mooneyham on Nov. 15. Initial court date is Dec. 14.

Briittney Faye Tenpenny, 800 S. McCrary St., Woodbury, was charged with driving on a suspended license (first offense) by Sgt. Mooneyham on Nov. 20. nitial court date is Dec. 14. Tenpenny was also charged with violating the financial responsibility and vehicle registration laws. Initial court date is Dec. 14.

Steven D. Davis, 405 Lester St., Woodbury, was charged with driving on a revoked license, and violation of the insurance and registration laws, on Nov. 14 by WPD Ptl. John Fesmire. Initial court date is Dec. 14.
