Drug charge
Donald E. Koger was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Deputy Joshua Thomas after Thomas was dispatched to assist Coffee County officers at a home on Parker Road in Bradyville.
After Deputy Thomas arrived, he was met by two Coffee County officers and Koger. The Coffee County officers showed Thomas a four-wheeler parked beside Koger's home and said the man suspected of stealing it may be inside the home.
With Koger's consent the officers searched the house and discovered Michael S. O'Hara hiding in the back bedroom under a stack of clothes. The Coffee County officers said O'Hara was not the suspect they were looking for but was detained until a warrant check was run. An active VOP warrant was discovered and O'Hara was taken into custody.
