Taken into custody were a male juvenile, Benjamin Cody Couch, Destiney D. Franklin, Andrew Thomas Elliss and Daniel R. Matheny. Making the arrests was Patrolman Brent Brock.

All five were charged with contributing to the delinquency of a 15-year-old female.

Matheny was charged with assault in the case for "allegedly sticking a hypodermic needle into her (the female juvenile's) arm against her will," Brock reported.

The male juvenile was also charged with assault for "allegedly holding the defendant down against her will," Brock said.

Additional possession of drug paraphernalia charges were also filed against the five in addition to initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine charges.

Seized during the search were Coleman fuel, tubing, lithium batteries, scales, coffee filters in addition to meth.
