IMPORTANT NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!  The closure of Adams Memorial Library previously planned for September 27th through October 3rd will now occur on October 4th through October 10th.

Equipment needed to make us all comfortable and safe in the remodeled meeting room has been delayed in arriving.  We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience for you.  Items previously due October 4th through October 10th will now be due on October 11th.

We will still be offering the same minimal services that we described before.  Faxing, some public use computers with Internet access, DVDs, audiobooks, new materials, and photocopy services will still be available.

The library will remain in these temporary quarters until the remodeling and building on the main level is completed.

Thank you to everyone who has brought us boxes and packing materials and to those who have helped in moving the collections into storage.  Remember that Auburntown Branch Library is open regular hours (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month from 9 a.m. to noon)  and that they have a beautiful collection of library materials, some of which are not held at the Adams Memorial Library.  We will also be glad to request that materials in that collection be transported to Woodbury for you to check out.

The building is taking shape and we have chosen paint, tile and carpet colors.  Dreams are coming true!
