• Nickolas Keef Phipps, 1715 McAmis Rd., Signal Mountain, was charged with Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia on Feb. 6 by Woodbury Patrolman Patrick Fann. Phipps was stopped on John Bragg Hwy. for speeding. He gave the officer consent to search his vehicle. While searching, Patrolman Fann found a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana. The pipe smelled of burnt marijuana and had residue in it. He was given a warning for speeding and issued a release citation for the drug paraphernalia. Initial court date is March 13.

• Ashtin Thomas Crips, 1226 John Lawson Rd., McMinnville, was charged with Driving On A Suspended License on Feb. 5 by Woodbury Patrolman John House following a traffic stop on W. Main St. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is March 20.

• Mirna Magaly Ramon Garcia, 1003 Hunt St., Murfreesboro or 3709 Jim Cummings Hwy., Woodbury, was charged with Expired Driver’s License on Feb. 8 by Woodbury Patrolman John Fesmire following a traffic stop on S. McCrary St. for not wearing a seatbelt. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is March 20.

• Mathew Lawrence Ferragola, 261 Buckingham Lane, Readyville, was charged with Driving On A Suspended License 9th Offense On Feb. 9 by Woodbury Patrolman John Fesmire. Ferragola was stopped for suspicion of violating the Seatbelt law. Bond was set at $2,000. Initial court date is March 20.

• Kenneth Franklin Anderson, 456 Todd Road, Woodbury, was charged with Criminal Impersonation on Feb. 4 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Smith. Deputy Smith went to that address to serve a criminal warrant on Anderson. Anderson did not have identification on his person and stated his name was David Johnson. A background search from Cannon County Dispatch revealed his true identity. Bond was set at $1,000. Initial court date is March 6.

• Amanda Dawn Brewer, 2440 Crisp Springs Road, McMinnville, was charged with Driving On A Suspended License on Feb. 4 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Seth Perry following a traffic stop on John Bragg Hwy. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is March 6.
