Cannon County Finance Committee Meeting Scheduled For Thursday March 26th has been cancelled.
The Lions Club Princess Ball scheduled for April 10, 2020 has been cancelled until later in the year. This event will be re-scheduled in the fall depending on the COVID-19 situation.

The Plainview Baptist Church Ladies Conference scheduled for April 28, 2020 has been cancelled.

Auburn School: The 2020 5th-8th Science Fair has been cancelled and Auburn Beta Fish Fry for April 4th has been postponed.


DTC: Due to ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus, or COVID-19, DTC Communications is closing all of its business offices to the public effective March 19th. Employees continue to work to serve the public, and drive through windows will remain open for communication purposes. Crews are still maintaining facilities, installing services, and making repairs. Payments may be made through the website (www.dtccom.net), online Bill Pay (https://billing.dtccom.net/EBPP/Login), at one of the payment deposit boxes at its business offices, or by check or card by calling 615-529-2955.

Woodbury Church of Christ: Closed Completely Wednesday March 18th-Saturday April 4th. Services will start back Sunday April 5th

Woodbury Save A Lot: Monday thru Saturday 9-6, Sunday Noon-6 until further notice

First Bank of Woodbury: Temporarily suspending branch office hours until further notice.
Branch will remain open by appointment and drive-thru.

Woodbury City Hall and Water Department: Lobby is closed until further notice. Drive thru window is open.
Town Hall & Water Dept. will still be open & can be reached as always at 615-563-4221.

Arts Center of Cannon County: Mr. Popper's Penguins have been cancelled. Honky Tonk Angels Postponed until May. At this time, all other upcoming auditions, concerts, performances, etc remain scheduled as planned, and the Arts Center is open to the public Tuesday-Saturday, 10AM-4PM. Mooretown Vol. Fire Department: Fish and Chicken Fry scheduled for April 4th has been cancelled.
The Cannon County Senior Center is closed March 18th thru April 3rd. Music Night April 3rd has been cancelled.

Cannon Arts Dance Studio closed until April 3rd.
The County 4-H Clover Bowl and Baking Contest was scheduled for later in March; however, with the coronavirus threat, this will be rescheduled for a later date. The worldwide outbreak of COVID-19 has now spread to Tennessee, and the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture (UTIA) is preparing for the possibility of disruption to the normal operations of our organization. This follows the UTIA COVID-19 Guideline: Meetings, events, and activities organized by UTIA which are open to the public and involve 50 or more participants will be rescheduled. With many students and parents which participate in the county contest, this will exceed 50 participants. We apologize for any confusion and disappointment, but our first obligation is for the health and safety of the youth in Cannon County. St. Thomas Stones River Hospital: Visitors enter through emergency room entrance. All other doors are locked. Visitors will be screened before entrance. No one allowed unless needing to be seen in the emergency room.

Woodbury Health and Rehab: No visitors.
Cannon County Courts: Cancelled until after March 31st.

Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration: Postponed-Will be rescheduled.

Cannon County Schools:Closed through April 3rd

Cannon County Libraries: Closed till April. No overdue fees. Items checked out will be automatically renewed until library opens back up again. All programs through March have been cancelled. We are offering library cards for electronic books from the TN READS online library by phone.
