Following are the latest arrest and incident reports as recorded by the Woodbury Police Department and the Cannon County Sheriff's Department. Woodbury Police Department Incident Reports
11.05.2009 — Harold Foster reported that his home was broken into and a Oreck Vacuum cleaner and a Buck knife were stolen.
11.09.2009 — Rebecca Glowacky was ticketed for speeding 54 in a 30, she was also charged with financial responsibility and driving on a suspended license.
11.12.2009 — Jeffery Griffith reported a chrome exhaust tip stolen from his SUV.
Cannon County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports
11.02.2009 — Two warrants for worthless checks were served on Donnie R. Steven.
11.02.2009 — A warrant was served on Mack D. Sloan for failure to appear.
11.02.2009 — Two warrants for worthless checks were served on Teri A. Walls.
11.04.2009 — Ray Chapman turned himself for a violation of probation warrant.
11.04.2009 — Billy Joe Mooneyham reported that his daughter Stephanie had broken the glass window of his oven. The argument was over a baseball cap Billy had given her. He warned that she would kick her (posterior) if she gave it to anyone else so she became angry and broke his oven. Stephanie agreed to pay for the oven damage and not to return to the property.
11.05.2009 — A warrant was served on Freddy Hernandez for phone harassment.
11.06.2009 — Steven Hollis allegedly robbed a store at Higgins Flea Market. Using a tire iron he allegedly pried open the door to one of the units and took several Game Boy games and some tools. Hollis was charged with burglary, theft, two counts of vandalism, and criminal trespass.
11.07.2009 — A band saw was stolen from Craig Taylor's shop. One suspect was investigated but there was no real evidence linking him to the crime.
11.08.2009 — Kenneth Marx was charged with domestic assault after deputies were called to his home for the fourth time in a day. The first was Mr. Marx not wanting his wife's company to stay in their home. The second was a result of Mr. Marx cutting off the power to the home, where one elderly resident requires an oxygen machine. The third time Mr. Marx had ripped a phone off the wall and pushed his wife. The last time the situation had escalated to the point where Mrs. Marx chose to press charges against her husband.
11.08.2009 — Lloyd Ferrell reported being harassed by telephone by David Dixon.
11.09.2009 — Amber Polston reported being harassed during a visit to Generations by Jennifer Green, who allegedly chased Ms. Polston out of the building and threatened her.
11.09.2009 — Wiley Adamson's mailbox was stolen from his house on Adamson Lane.
11.09.2009 — A warrant was taken out on J. W. Bass for failure to appear.
11.10.2009 — A capias was served on Penny Mingle for failure to appear and driving while license suspended.
11.10.2009 — Steven Buse was arrested in his home for violation of probation.
11.10.2009 — A wheelbarrow, an axe, and a cable come along were stolen from McMahan Church of Christ.
