WASHINGTON — Today, U.S. Representative Diane Black (R-TN) launched an interactive map on her website that chronicles all of her public events in the 6th Congressional District since taking office in January.

This feature, called “Diane in the District” will be routinely updated to reflect Congressman Black’s latest events.

“My time spent in Tennessee visiting small businesses, listening to constituents at town hall meetings and taking part in community events is important to my service as a Member of Congress,” said Black.  “As I travel across the district, I often am asked where else I have been.”

The interactive feature details over seventy public events held by Congressman Black in the last four months.  These include nine town halls meetings, fifteen small business visits or roundtables, meetings with elected officials in all fifteen counties and numerous community events.

“This interactive map is a great way for my constituents to follow me as I travel throughout the local communities,” said Black.  “I hope this will also encourage them to share other opportunities for me to visit them.”
