Bag With Drugs Falls Out Of Man’s Pants At Hospital

Dillon Martin Jakes, 1167 Newt McKnight Rd., McMinnville, was charged with Public Intoxication, Criminal Trespass and Possession of a Legend drug without a Prescription on Nov. 20 by Woodbury Patrolman Brent Brock.

The first two charges stem from an alleged incident which occurred on W. Adams St.

The third resulted from Jakes allegedly dropping a plastic bag from his pants on a bathroom floor at Stones River Hospital after he consented to taking a urine test to determine if their were any drugs in his system.

Bond was set at $2,700. Initial court date is Dec. 20.
