Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included: Wendy Marie Thomas was reset until January 12, 2010. She is charged with initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine. Allison Danielle Church was reset until January 12, 2010. She is charged with promotion of the manufacture methamphetamine. The remining cases on the docket were civil suit and traffic citations. In the civil matters, Judge Melton held hearings of entered agreed judgments for the prevailing parties. In the traffic cases, Judge Melton either ordered defendants to pay a fine and court costs or ordered them to attend driver safety school.
